Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Costs

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, a tracking number will be sent to your email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

 

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. TidyLiving is not responsible for delays, lost packages, failed deliveries, or additional shipping charges caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

 

Shipping Delays

Occasionally, shipping delays may occur due to circumstances outside of our control, including carrier issues, weather conditions, customs delays, or high seasonal demand.
TidyLiving is not liable for carrier-related delivery delays once the shipment has been handed over to the shipping carrier.

 

Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos of:

  • the item
  • packaging
  • shipping label

This helps us review and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Returned or Refused Packages

Packages returned due to refusal, failed delivery attempts, or incorrect address information may be subject to return shipping fees, reshipping fees, and applicable restocking fees.
